3-Valve Manifold (3VMNT-8N-SS)

The Kor-Lok Pipe to Pipe 3-Valve Manifold is
a general purpose design for connecting system
impulse lines and transmitters.
This manifold consists of two block valves and
an equalizer valve.Connections are 1/2" Female
NPT on 2-1/8"(54mm) centers.
For safety, a
bonnet lock pin is standard. Specifications
* CONNECTION : 1/2" Female NPT to
1/2" Female NPT
* One-piece, high strength body construction
for
safety-no welding used.
* Bonnet Lock pin prevents accidental valve
disassembly.
* 2-1/8"(54mm) port centerline dimension for
proper
alignment.
* 100%pressure tested for shut-off and at all
seals.
* Manifolds feature a 4:1 safety factor |

When selecting a manifold, the total system design
must be considered to ensure safe, trouble-tree
performance. Valve function, materials
compatibility, adequate ratings, proper
installation, operation, and maintenance are the
responsibility of the system designer and user.

Manifold Selection Information
The pressure-temperature ratings are taken for ANSI B16.34
for standard class valves and based on Class 2500.
Rating for needle tip designs are based on specific seat
materials.

Plug Tip : 6.4mm (0.250")
★ WEIGHT : Approximate 2.3KG (5lbs)
TESTING
Standard production test-Each valve on every manifold is
factory tested with nitrogen at 1000psig(68bar). The test
is performed to a maximum allowable leak rate of 0.1
scc/min. at the seat and no detectable leakage at the
packing and shell areas as measured by leak detector
